Vintage Rival Electric Food Slicer – Model 1101E/4, 125W – Tested & Working

Classic chrome Rival countertop slicer made in Sedalia, MO. Model 1101E/4, 125 watts, 120V/50–60Hz. Unit powers on, blade spins properly, and it sliced test material smoothly in our check. Features a serrated blade, tilt-back motor head, sliding tray/carriage with thickness adjuster, and non-marring feet. Original cord intact. Cosmetically shows age/use with scuffs, finish wear, and light oxidation in spots (see photos), but operation is solid. Great for deli meats, cheese, and bread or as a retro kitchen display piece.
