Elegant mid-century ballerina sculpture signed Simonetti, stamped “DEPOSE ITALY 351”, mounted on a polished genuine Carrara marble base (label intact). Hand-painted ivory and yellow tones with detailed pointe shoes and tree-stump support. Approx. 9” tall. Figure is whole and intact with no repairs (see photos). Expected light age wear/toning and a few scuffs to paint and base consistent with vintage display. A beautiful display piece for ballet lovers or Italian decor.
