Classic General Electric Model 416 mantel clock in a wooden tambour case with original “Westminster Chime” dial and metal GE badge still inside. The original plug-in movement has been replaced with a modern quartz movement (Made in China), so assume it is a converted battery-operated clock rather than the original chime motor. Case shows noticeable cosmetic wear including scratches, finish wear, and small chips along the edges (see photos), but still displays nicely with its scalloped base and brass-tone bezel. Inside are the original GE instruction and warranty labels, which add to the vintage appeal. Measures approximately 16.5" wide x 7" tall x 5" deep. Sold as-is, untested for use as a decorative piece, restoration project, or parts.
