Authentic vintage U.S. Army Bronze Star Medal from the WWII era, complete with its original black presentation case embossed “BRONZE STAR MEDAL” in gold.
The medal features the classic five-point bronze star design with the raised center medallion inscribed: “HEROIC OR MERITORIOUS ACHIEVEMENT – SO. PACIFIC” surrounding the 3 BJM marking.
Ribbon shows correct WWII-era coloring (red with blue center stripe and white borders) and is securely attached with original pin and hardware on the reverse. The medal shows honest age patina and wear consistent with age, which adds to its authenticity and character.
The case has noticeable age wear and interior discoloration, but remains fully intact and displays beautifully as part of the set.
