Beautiful vintage Henri d’Arceau & Fils Limoges porcelain collector plate from the Noël Vitrail series, titled “Refus d’Hébergement (No Room at the Inn)”. The design by André Restieu is inspired by the stained-glass windows of Chartres Cathedral and shows Mary and Joseph being refused lodging at Bethlehem, rendered in rich, jewel-tone “stained glass” style.
