A stunning and substantial natural blue calcite or sodalite raw stone candle holder, approximately 4 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall, hand-carved from a beautiful chunk of natural stone featuring vivid cobalt blue and white cloud-like mottled patterning throughout — the characteristic coloring of blue calcite or sodalite.

The exterior of the stone is left completely raw and unpolished, showcasing the natural rough texture, crystalline surface, and organic irregular shape of the stone in its most natural form. A cylindrical candle well is drilled into the top center, sized to hold a standard taper or votive candle. The interior of the well shows the smooth drilled stone surface with natural mineral coloring. The bottom of the piece has two strips of tan felt padding applied to protect surfaces and keep the holder stable. The piece is heavy and substantial — a truly impressive natural display.
